Consistency is key with penis exercises. You must do them often enough so that the penis will acclimate to the new kind of pressure that these exercises use. You will not see substantial gains if you simply do these exercises here and there. You must do them daily for a minimum of about ten minutes. If you do them often enough, you will see results.
Use a Hot Wrap
Use a washcloth or any other material that can be wrapped around the penis. Saturate your cloth of choice with warm water and wrap it around the penis for as long as the cloth stays warm. You can rinse and repeat as needed. This heat will warm up the tissues in the penis. Warm tissue is more elastic than cold tissue. This allows the penis to be worked with ease, ensuring that your exercises are as effective as possible.
You can also fill a sock with uncooked rice. Tie the end and heat the sock in your microwave for about thirty seconds. Apply the sock to your penis. It sounds funny, but it works!
The Exercises
There are many different kinds of exercises that are used to enlarge the penis. Some are used in an attempt to purely stretch the penis, while others force blood through the penis to encourage growth.
There are several stretching exercises that pull the penis in various different directions to target both the tissues and ligaments in the penis.
